It doesn't matter to you, you're a mage.
Fail. I deleted my old Death Knight and made a new one but Blizzard doesn't update the list until later so I can't list him.
If you're going to be in a situation where you or your party/raid doesn't have the equivalent buff regularly, put the points in there.
Otherwise the strength increase is barely noticeable and you can better spend those 2 talent points elsewhere.
