[:1]I read in another thread to not even use Obliterate until they have <35% health, and am confused. What exactly is our priority?
To me, it's a preference issue (flame on, kids...I know you will). I prefer to use Oblit consistently when it's available, prioritizing it over FS when Killing Machine procs for obvious reasons. I've been able to survive fights BG's against blood DK's & rogues without any issue.
