DW solo blood spec viable?

[:1]Was thinking about a DW solo blood spec and gearing. I know DW isnt viable tanking normally due to threat but without threat being issue as your only person there, was looking at this spec as dw.

Ideas improvements?

Since they moved ToT way down into the frost tree, DW as blood is dead.
Sure go for it, just dont call it DW, cause its not. You would pretty much be tanking with a 1 hander.

Well, I actually read your post, as opposed to responding to "DW....Blood"
It's pretty decent for soloing (I'm assuming old content), but you'd want to pick up 3/3 SoB as you'll be burning through RP like a mofo.
Drop aboms might, for just yourself it's quite minor.
pick up NoCS, it increases you hit, which you'll actually want because bloodworms are really one of the only main draws to the build for soloing, and landing hits will get more of them.

Last I read, DW blood works for trivial content/5 man dungeons. So it being a complete joke isn't entirely true.
You can do it, but you lose more than 1/2 your damage for a small amount of survival. If you are solo'ing, that extra survival is always easier to come by with more effective play.
There's nothing you can do with DW blood that you can't do better with 2 hand blood.
The only real gain you get is more Bloodworms, which, I don't particularly know how effective that will be, depending on the content you're doing.

You lose a good portion of DPS, so if you're referring to solo-ing old bosses, you might run into berserk timers, which would be counterproductive.
It's so funny to watch the waters froth in the DK forum whenever someone brings up DW Blood.
