DK Rune managment

[:1]First of all this is not any kinda a qq just a simple question. Does anyone else feel the rune system is well clunky? It might just be cause ive play a feral and hunter for so long ,but does anyone else feel this way? Or will i just get use to it as i play the DK more? Also this is PVP based no PVE?

And sorry for bad grammar
What spec? Frost and Unholy feel pretty smooth to me. Blood... yeah blood...
I play blood in BGs world PVP for lulz and UH for arenas or anything serious.
Someone else will have to help you with pvp. My suggestion is to go 2h frost or unholy though for pvp.

What am I doing wrong?

[:1]Hey guys, sorry if i'm posting in the wrong place asking for help or whatnot, but, ya'see, I'm a 2h Frost DPS, and i'm doing from 12k-13k in ZA/ZG randoms. I'm fairly new, and I don't think my problem is the gear, but, if it is the gear, please tell me. How could I bring that 12k up so I can raid sucessfully? Is it my haste, hit, mastery, crit, or exp, etc?

Thanks fellow Deathknights

<-----Please check character

P.S- I don't really want to switch to DW Frost
You have a LOT of crit gear, literally 3x as much crit rating as my almost full 372 geared 2h frost DK does. Crit is your worst stat in unholy presence. (PS - Are you using unholy or frost presence?)

I don't know how updated your armory is, but you need howling blast glyph. Then work on getting your major glyphs. (AMS is fantastic. Dark Succor is decent if you're going to use it)

Your reforging is nonexistent. Your gemming is very wrong. You're using the wrong runeforge on your weapon.

You have a lot of work to put into your toon that will improve your damage by leaps and bounds.

Unholy, and, so, should I reforge it away?
Several things I noticed:

-Looooads of non-enchanted items. Strength on bracers & gloves, AP/crit on pants, +15 stats on chest at least. If you have the $, haste to your boots, crit on your cloak, and the rep enchants for your shoulders & helm, both for strength & crit (as far as I know...).

-Reforge to 8% hit and 26 expertise ASAP. This is non-negotiable. :P (If you're looking to reforge for PvP, you only need 5%, but 8% is required for PvE.) You can reforge out of crit & mastery since they are relatively low on a Frost DK's priority list. Anything after 8% hit you can put into haste.

-Prior to reforging, your gems need some major work. Lose the mastery gem in your chest, swap the 54 crit meta in your helm for the strength/crit dmg meta, lose the crit gem in your boots, and any open slots need 40 strength gems. Also pop an Ebonsteel Belt Buckle on your belt & get another 40 strength gem in that bad boy.

-Noticed you have Razorice on a 2H weapon--swap that for Fallen Crusader & you're good to go.

Also, it's more of a matter of opinion, but I've found unholy spec to be superior to frost spec in PvE AND PvP. Again, just my opinion.

Haste or Mastery (PvP)

[:1]I used to think haste was the best stat for Frost DK in arena, but now i'm seeing a lot of Mastery on death knights, which one is the best and why?
I'm curious about the same thing. I don't have a lot of arena experience, but so far, I've been doing the haste-stacking/UH pres thing, and been doing fairly well with it (for my limited skill level). I copied my spec/reforging/gemming from a couple of 3kish-rated Frost dks, so I assume that it's not entirely garbage. I have yet to see a proper post-4.1 pvp guide for frost anywhere, so if anyone can shed any light on any of this, I'm sure there are plenty of us who would appreciate it. Thanks!
Haste is definately better for arena, keeping up more runes means less likelihood that when you need it you wont have it.

In BG's I guess its a toss up, either rapid deployment with solid damage over time, or strong damage per hit.

Personally i'd go haste, if you want to play a BG with the mentality of "I can spend a bit charging RP and getting my runes back, then have nutty burst!" you would be better served by a warrior or something.
