Gargoyle broken on Sinestra

Anybody else having issues with their Gargoyle only trying to melee her?

Pre-4.1, it would attack her correctly.

But now, it just refuses to cast.

The only boss I'm having issues with is Sinestra though.

So, is anyone else having this problem? If not, is there anything special you're doing to get it to work?
try doing the gargoyle turn (position yourself at the edge of her hitbox then when you summon the garg do a quick 180, hit garg and turn back) done correctly it generally fixes any gargoyle melee issues
This has been around for a long time. It's called gargoyle twisting, and it was described on EJ.

Just before you cast Unholy Frenzy / Garg, you turn left or right for half a second so your garg doesn't spawn on top of her. This also heavily affects other bosses with large hitboxes such as Al'Akir, Chimaeron, Atramedes if he's not moving a lot, etc.
I have tried that at max melee range and it still won't cast.

Still, what changed from 4.0.6 to 4.1 that broke this?

Some players in the UK are also having issues with this.
I'm not saying it's impossible they broke it, but just to make sure, its not just about being max melee range, it's also about turning away from her so your garg spawns further away.

Also, I would point out that frost is higher damage than unholy right now, regardless. A glitch of this sort would only make the issue bigger.
