i really can't find much on stat priority could someone plz help me with 2H frost pvp priority. Also i have heard people say u need cap on expertise (26) and i have heard others say you don't need any at all can someone plz give me the truth on this issue?
Expertise is not needed.
Hit and spell pen caps > Strength > Mastery >< Haste (depending on build) > Crit
Haste builds are generally better than Mastery, but Mastery is still viable.
Mastery > Haste for pvp. but it's preference. mastery isn't viable - it's the way to go.
haste wins for pve, obviously.
