Do we just dot them up and spam obliterate and frost strike when we are capped with runic power?
I spammed necrotic strike as an unholy DK. As a frost DK do we still do that or save the unholy rune for obliterate?

Hit Cap > Spell Pen > STR > Crit > Mastery> Haste?
You dont need crit as frost.You get free crits all the time.Mastery over crit.As frost you should be in unholy pres most of the time + all the haste from your tree.No haste on gear all mastery for burst.

I have yet to find a post on Frost PVP with good information. Maybe someone might have a good site somewhere out there.
Spam obliterate, you can't wrong with that.
