[:1]ok in 4.1 they pretty much gave unholy the middle finger so Frost PvE I havent found a good rotation or "priority" list can someone shoot me a site or let me know?
Diseases > Oblit (if any of your runes are completely full or KM procs) > Frost Strike (if near RP cap) > Howling Blast (if Rime procs) > Oblit > Frost Strike > Horn of Winter (for the RP gain if there's nothing else you can do)
