Depends. Will you be running with people that have a lot of snares/roots? If so frost, otherwise you will be kited a lot more than unholy.
Personally I hate all dk specs for pvp. Instead I play feral and laugh as I kite a dk while my bleeds shred it face off...
(I love dks they are my favorite class overall.)
